3D simulation
It is possible to gain an idea of what changes to expect from your treatment at the Boerhaave clinic before your actual consultation. A 3D simulation can be created, which is then used, for example, to make virtual adjustments to the prosthetics for your breast augmentation or to digitally display the various ways in which your nose can be reshaped. In this way, you know what to expect.
We use Crisalix 3D animation software to create this simulation and display the possible results of the treatment based on photos uploaded by you.
How does it work?
Click here to register with Crisalix. All you have to do is create a profile and then select ‘Maak uw 3D’ [make your 3D simulation]. You then take three photos of yourself, for instance using your mobile phone: one photo from the front, one from the left side and one from the right side. Based on these photos, Crisalix then builds a 3D animation of your face or body which you can then edit yourself. When you schedule an appointment, the consultant can start working straight away during the consultation on the photos you have uploaded.
The consultation
During the consultation, the consultant will discuss the various options with you and can show you directly what these would look like via the Crisalix environment. After your consultation, it will be possible to access this 3D simulation in your own profile. The simulation will also be available in your patient portal.
A 3D simulation of your treatment is possible for breast augmentations as well as nose corrections.
